Under this Visa, the Nominated Person is sponsored by the Australian State or Territory to work and live in Australia permanently as Permanent Residents of Australia.
This Visa makes you Permanent Resident of Australia. You can travel in and out Australia on this visa for 5 years from the time it is granted to you. After the expiration of 5 years of travel component, you’ll need Resident Return (RRV) visa (subclass 155 or 157) to re-enter Australia as a permanent resident.
