Description:

This course blends the concept of human demands, forming innovative solutions, discovering artifacts and exploring their result and effectiveness in society. It includes a well-balanced combination of critical, technological and creative abilities.

The students are trained to use skills to work in a range of social environment employing a diverse field of media. During studies, you will learn concept of Design and its role in the field of innovation.

There are three majors: Communication Design, Interface Design, and Media Design.

As a graduate you have the potential to express design solutions in the technological context. You will have knowledge of design techniques together with improved technical skills.

It is best for both school leavers and mature learners who want to boost their skills. Students within the course enhance knowledge in a range of industry standard software, by employing the digital technology.

Communication Design:

It is linked with communicating messages and concepts across different media platforms. As a designer, you will work to blend type and image to allure client’s attention and send your client’s messages.

They work in fields such as environmental graphics, way finding systems, editorial design catalogues, museum displays and every part of visual landscape where there is a communication demand. The designers are working in digital mediums too, and the major offers chance for you to learn web design and motion graphic design as well.

Interface Design:

UX and UI design for recent and upcoming techniques will be taught, along with the enhancement of skills of coding, motion design, and information design. This will help you to work in fast-growing fields such as editorial design for web and mobile, publication websites, mobile apps, data visualisation and the design and improvement of digital products.

It refers to design of graphical user interfaces for various types of machines and software, but can apply to other types of interfaces.

Media Design:

Studying Media Design will provide you with understanding of the theory, research and design of media content for screen and multi-media platforms. You will know about different methods and techniques such as 2D and 3D animation, film and video production, and motion graphics.

You will focus on design skills linked with the creation, construction and production of audio-visual media content for good communication.

    Eligibility criteria

    Academic eligibility:

    Student must have completed 10+2 and must have evidence of creative work.

    English language proficiency score:

    1. IELTS score of 6.0 with no less than 5.5
    2. TOEFL Score of 80 (20 in writing)
    3. PTE required score is 57
