    How it operates:

    The course is offered through a blend of online lectures and in-class tutorials. Guidance is an important part of the course. There are small classes of 30 students and are held in Hamilton and Tauranga.

    You can access all resources available to Te Piringa – Faculty of Law students include the online library, mentoring programme, internship opportunities, competitions and scholarships. You will be helped by professional tutors and academic staff.

    Future study options:

    Once you complete your Diploma in Law, you will have guaranteed entry into the Bachelor of Laws (LLB) programme and your Diploma papers will be credited towards the first and second years of your LLB programme at Waikato.

    Eligibility criteria

    Academic eligibility:

    Student must have completed 10+2 in any stream.

    English language proficiency score:

    1. IELTS score of 6.0 with no less than 6.0

    SPEAKING – 6.0

    READING – 6.0

    WRITING – 6.0

    LISTENING – 6.0

    1. TOEFL Score of -79-80 is required with a writing score of 20
    2. PTE required score is 57
