Description:

This is the course at the post graduate level which is advanced and is the amalgamation of the research and coursework which sharpens the skills for the organisational leadership. This included 1 year of coursework with another year dedicated to conduct research and prepare the thesis.

The course is made up of the following:

4 Compulsory Discipline Units (24 Credit Points);

1 Compulsory Ethics Unit (6 Credit Points);

3 Compulsory Research Methods Units (18 Credit Points);

And 1 Compulsory Thesis Unit (48 Credit Points).
