Description:
Graduates of this programme will be able to do practical studies after gaining theoretical knowledge for building ranging differently. The student will be able to communicate with the clients regarding the concept and design of the building and preparing the approval document needed for the project according to the provided brief. Selecting the goods for the building and evaluating the performance will be major role that the student will be able to do efficiently to provide the best to its client.
Graduates of the New Zealand Diploma in Architectural Technology may further go for qualifications applicable to the industry such as the New Zealand Diploma in Business (Level 5) (Project Management) or the New Zealand Diploma in Construction (Quantity Surveying) (Level 6).
