NMIT offers Advanced Level NZ Diploma in Cookery for the students who wants to build their career as chef or want to own their own business in food industry. The students will be developing creative skills as they will be learning about the latest culinary techniques along with exploring traditional methods of different regions and their cuisines. The students will be gaining special culinary skills along with managing skills.

The students who’ve completed their 10+2 may apply for New Zealand Diploma in Cookery (Advanced) Level5 at NMIT.
English Proficiency Score
- IELTS overall academic score of at least 5.5 (with at least 5.0 in each band
- TOEFL Paper based test (pBT) – Score of 550 (with an essay score of 5 TWE)
- TOEFL (iBT) – Score of 46 (with a writing score of 20)
- PTE (Academic) score of 42
