Description:

The Textile Design major focuses on two main fields of study – knit and print, along with digital, traditional and non-traditional approaches to fabrication. The students are inspired to create their own philosophy of design and aesthetic, and the students create their own opportunities in the expanding creative field. In the design studio dedicated to their work gives you the chance to explore scree, knitwear, digital printing techniques, and felting technologies. Like smart textile, the students may work with emerging but traditional areas. In the AUT’s Textile Design Lab with its excellent resources-the latest technologies make the students enable to design and create with their innovative ideas having an experimental approach to textile designs.

    The applicants who’ve completed their high secondary education should apply for this program with their portfolio

    1. IELTS 6.5 overall not less than 6.0
    2. TOEFL iBT score of 90
    3. PTE minimum overall score of 58.
