The Engineers of Electrical and Electronic field harness the forces from electromagnetism to benefit the world from it. The aim of engineers is to provide sustainable power for every sector. Along with this, the students learn the transformation and transmission of information via computers and the networks available for the communication. They are also taught to design new computer and electronic products.

The University of Canterbury offers this degree in engineering with a minor program in power engineering which is extremely beneficial for the Electrical and Electronic Engineers.     Academic

    The students who’ve completed their 10+2 in mathematics and physics mainly may apply for the Bachelors Honors Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering at University of Canterbury.

    English Proficiency Score

    1. IELTS academic with an overall score of 6.0not less than 5.5
    2. TOEFL (iBT) total minimum score of 80,
    3. TOEFL PBT with a minimum score of 550
    4. PTE with an overall score of 50 and no PTE communicative skills score below 42
