Description:

It is a three year course for students who are interested in the arena where art of creative meets technology. The course has subjects, which divides into major strands – digital film and animation.

The course equips you with skills that are adaptable to changing industry. A range of subjects are covered, that includes video production and editing, screenwriting, 2D and 3D animation, stop motion, motion graphics, and business and legal skills.

Students can use industry standard cameras, computers and software.

Moreover, the degree provided is quite productive and supportive that has been achieved in learning environment in which you will have specialist advice and supervision of dedicated staff.

Career Outcomes:

After completion, you will have range of skills for an industry that asks for people with integrative approach. You will be able work in areas of video editing, screenwriting, directing, as well as other film/television production, 3D animation, 2D animation and motion graphics industries.

The last year features a major project. For film students this may be a short film, while animation students will finish a major animation project of a similar scale.

Satisfactory Completion:

In order to get degree, you must be credited with all required papers and electives as specified in the schedule of papers (360 credits).

The course of study for student requires 360 credits for completion of the degree.

  • Every student need to pass 120 credits at Year One.
  • Every student need to pass 120 credits at Year Two.
  • Every student need to pass 120 credits at Year Three.

    Eligibility criteria

    Academic eligibility:

    Student must have completed 10+2 and must have evidence of creative work.

    English language proficiency score:

    1. IELTS score of 6.0 with no less than 5.5
    2. TOEFL Score of 60 (20 in writing)
    3. PTE required score is 50
