Description:
This is a newly introduced program which is a very exciting opportunity as the students are direct in the contact with the award winning training providers that will give the students a chance to learn the skills of baking and patisserie under the supervision of the veteran bakers in the state-of-the-art premises.
In the first year of the program, you’ll be studying the course content of the New Zealand Certificate in Baking (Generalist) (Level 4).
In the second year, you’ll be learning the content-course of the New Zealand Diploma in Cookery (Advanced) (Patisserie Strand) (Level 5).

Eligibility Criteria:
Academics
The students having culinary/baking skills and experience in the same with their 10+2 completed are eligible to pursue Diploma in Baking and Patisserie Level-5.

- IELTS Academic Score: Overall Band Score of 5.5 not less than 5.0.
