Description:

This diploma is for the students who want to pursue career as an architectural technicians, thereby this provides knowledge and skills also for those who are already working in this area. The important skills and knowledge will be inculcated which are needed to go into employment as an architectural technician and will be efficient in working independently on different-ranging from small to medium projects, of limited complexity, through all stages to completion. You’ll have the competence to work under the surveillance of an experienced architectural technician, designer or architect on large or complex building projects.

Career Outcomes:

Applying the comprehensive industry knowledge to evaluate design principles for small, medium and large building projects for the construction.

Studying the structures of any type of building.

You’ll be able to select the materials and finishes which would be needed in a building accordingly.

Will be easily drawing the architectural designs via manual and digital technologies in accordance with the statutory and regulatory environment.

Understanding the roles, documentation and administrative requirements of the construction industry, apply this knowledge and assist senior personnel through the tender process.

 
Eligibility criteria:

Academic

Students who have done their 10+2 with mathematics.

English Proficiency Score

1. IELTS score of 6.0 with not less than 5.5
2. TOEFL Paper-based test (pBT) score of 550 (with an essay score of 5 TWE)
3. TOEFL Internet-based test (iBT) score of 60 (with a writing score of 20
