This NZ Diploma in Cookery Level 5 with strands develops the skills and knowledge of tyhe students who see themselves working as chef in hospitality industry. Through this you’ll be making and inventing advanced complex dishes in a professional kitchen. All the knowledge and technical information will be provided to the students and they will be planning, developing and designing the advanced cuisines for the menus in the commercial environment.
The students who’ve completed their 10+2 may apply for New Zealand Diploma in Cookery (Advanced) (Level 5) with strand in Cookery – Culinary Arts Year 2 at Wintec.
