In the first year of your diploma, you’ll be working to develop your techniques and knowledge followingly will gain the expertise work as the chef in the hospitality sector. This program will develop a graduate with proficient skills to work efficiently in the industry as a chef with advanced cookery skills with administrative and kitchen managing skills.
The Graduates of Cookery from NZMA have an optional opportunity to choose the pathway with the International Management Institute to complete their qualification from the reputed institute in the world, ranked #12th for hospitality in the World.
Moreover, get paid-work experience in top industry-networks- Disney, Four Seasons, Fairmont, Marriot, Ritz-Carlton and Intercontinental.
In the final year, complete a Research-Based Program based on 600 hours of internship.
