Description:
This Diploma at CPP prepares you for the entry-level supportive roles in any organisation which requires a professional as a computer technician or for technical support. The graduates will understand the IT environment, will understand the user’s needs and will become efficient in providing the technical support. They’re going to practice and operate under the broad level of supervision to become an efficient professional.

The students who’ve completed their +2 in Science Stream with IT and Mathematics are eligible to pursue NZ Diploma in IT Technical Support (Level 5) from CPP.
