5. Managing the Customer Experience
6. Planning and Marketing for Tourism and Hospitality Enterprise

Any two courses:

1. Tourism Operating Environments
2. The Destination Experience
3. Tourism Event Planning Fundamentals
4. Travel Industry Knowledge

Career Outcomes:

Trainee And Junior Management Or Supervisor Travel Providers

Activity And Attraction Operator

Accommodation Manager

Conferences/Events Manager

 
Eligibility Criteria:

Academic

The students who have completed their 10+2 may go for Diploma in Tourism and Travel Level 5 at Toi-Ohomai.

English Proficiency Score

1. IELTS Academic score of 6.0 with no band score less than 5.5
2. TOEFL (iBT) score of 60 or higher (with a writing score of 20)
3. TOEFL pBT) score of 550 (with an essay score of 5.0 TWE
4. PTE (Academic) score of 36.
