Description:

NSIA offers NZ Diploma in Cookery of Advanced Level in Patisserie Strand with Internships with which you can advance your cookery skills. This has been internationally recognised which is systematically designed to give training to the students in the baking and patisserie areas to perform supervising roles with an in-hand opportunity to work for five years.

This is beneficial to the students who’ve been already introduced with the basics of baking. In this course, you’ll be studying the modules which will deal with the:

  1. Baking Management
  2. Developing Baked Products
  3. Monitoring and Before-hand Planning the Workflow
  4. Producing the Baking Products requiring the Advanced Skills

Plus, a Five Week Internship Program: Will get to work in a commercial kitchen which will let you have the valuable industry experience and will help you to develop your contacts.

    Eligibility Criteria:

    Academics

    The students with culinary experience after their 10+2 are eligible to pursue New Zealand Diploma in Cookery (Advanced) with Internship (Patisserie Strand) from NSIA.

    1. IELTS Academic Score: Overall Band Score of 5.5 not less than 5.0.
