Australia put facts of SkillSelect invitation round 2018 to Public Domain

Australian Immigration has revealed the data of invitations issued to deserving candidates in 2018 come under various Australia skilled Immigration categories. The data is of those candidates who have applied in 2017-2018 to migrate Australia. Till now no exact figures came out how many files have been rejected but after scrutinized the given below figures came to the public domain.

It has been of great interest for Australian skilled migration categories specially skilled independent subclass 189. It just a start of the year 2018 and a huge number of people have got invitations in Skillselect category’s invitation round which was held on 3 January 2018.

Under the Skilled-Independent subclass-189, 300 candidates have received invitation till now. Australian skilled migration under this category (subclass 189) does not require any sponsorship or state nomination. People interested in skilled migration to Australia under subclass 189 should have experience and occupation listed under subclass 189 and score sufficient points under point test. Skilled migration to Australia under subclass 189 is the fastest and easiest route to Australian permanent residence. Although, the graph of Skilled regional Provisional (subclass 489) category has got down as compare to previous years’ data. Only 5 invitations issued by Immigration of Australia this year till March 6, 2018. Candidates in such category who have received invitations could apply for a visa. Australia skilled migration visa subclass 489 and 190 require sponsorship or state nomination to apply for visa permit.

These facts don’t include invitations issued for state and Territory Government nominated visa subclasses. State and Territory Governments nominate all over the month for particular points tested skilled migration and business innovation and investment visas.

Candidates who received invitations by points score till 3 January 2018– under skilled independent 62 people have received invitations scoring 70 points, 208 candidates who scored 75 points and 29 people scored 80 points. When it comes to skilled regional (Provisional) (subclass 489) – 5 candidates received invitations with 80 points and 1 applicant with 105 points has opened a way to Australia.

Industrial, Mechanical and Production-75 points

Other engineering Professional-70 points

Software and Application programmers 70 points
