Description:

This qualification is for the students work as an additional major in which one needs to study atleast 7 papers. Tourism is an interdisciplinary area of study which links itself with the business studies, resource analysis, understanding the market and the environment as well requires the managing skills.

The students will be studying under this degree:

1. Introduction to Tourism
2. Destination Management
3. Either Tourist Behaviour/Tourism and Hospitality Enterprise Management

As per the structure of the Course:

Papers: worth of atleast 120pts

Include 4 papers at/above level 300

Include work from other areas prescribed in other areas in particular classes

 
Career Outcomes:

Work at entry-level positions in the Tourism Industry

Academic

The students who’ve their +2 are eligible to apply for Diploma for Graduates (DipGrad) Endorsed in Tourism at University of Otago in New Zealand.

English Proficiency Score

1. IELTS Score: 6.5 not less than 6.0 in any module
2. TOEFL: (iBT) 95 not less than 22; (pBT) 587 Score
3. PTE Academic: Overall 64 Score, in Communication not less than 57.
