Description:
In International Diploma in Cookery of Level 5 at MIT, the students learn all the advanced cooking techniques by which the students can produce different range of dishes starting from detailing the ingredients needed till plating it on the table. The skills of supervising the restaurants will be developed along with making the plan, developing the menus and setting the cost of the dishes along with managing and inspiring the staff.
