Description:

Quantity Surveying students graduate are able access the cost of projects and estimate the materials, able to do converse with clients and collaborate with the engineers, architects and other members designing sector and construction team. You’ll have an insight of building technology, the process that involves construction and all the legal requirements.

SIT has a specialised design suite programme with 30 stations running AutoCAD, Inventor, ArchiCAD and a plethora of manual drawing stations. They give you real experience as during the exam you have to visit the site to apply your theoretical knowledge.

    Students who have completed their 10+2 may seek to enrol themselves in this programme.

    English Language Requirements

    1. IELTS test – Academic score of 6 with not less than 5.5
    2. TOEFL Paper based test (pBT) – Score of 550 (with an essay score 5 TWE)
    3. TOEFL Internet- based test (iBT) – Score of 60 (with a writing score of 18)
    4. Pearson Test of English (Academic) – PToE (Academic score of 50)
