Description:
Aspire2 International Hospitality & Healthcare offers NZ Diploma in Cookery of Advanced Level 5 for the students who want to pursue career as professional cooks. This diploma provides all the needed skills and knowledge in order to be successful in the professional kitchen. Through this you’ll be learning to manage resources, events related to food and beverage and also designing the menu and deciding the cost of the dishes and cuisines according to the proportion.
Through this programme the students will be selecting and applying to perform and achieve targets in time; planning and monitoring the flow of supplies and work in the professional kitchen; managing the operations and compliance requirements for the operational roles; and managing positive relation with the staff for operational roles.

The students who’ve completed their 10+2 may apply for NZ Diploma in Cookery (Advanced) – Level 5 at Aspire2 International.
English Proficiency Score
- IELTS overall band score of at least 5.5 (Academic), with no individual band less than 5.0
- Pearson Academic Test score of 42 no score less than 36.
