Description:

NZ Diploma in Cookery (Advanced) (Level 5) with Cookery Strand is designed in the manner through which the students develop their skills and expertise to create and make advanced and complex dishes and are trained to lead in the commercial kitchen. This is 1 year course which will provide you the knowledge of planning and producing cuisines and attaining advanced skills for preparing, cooking and presenting the dishes as well. Along with this, the students will learn to monitor and supervise effectively.

    Eligibility Criteria:

    Academic

    The students who’ve completed their 10+2 may apply for  New Zealand Diploma in Cookery (Advanced) (Level 5) with Cookery Strand at ARA.

    English Proficiency Score

    1. IELTS test – 5.5 Overall Score with no band score lower than 5.0 bands
    2. TOEFL Paper-based test (pBT) – Score of 550 (with an essay score of 5 TWE)
    3. TOEFL Internet-based test (iBT) – Score of 46 (with a writing score of 14)
    4. Pearson Test of English (Academic) – PTE (Academic) score of 42
