Description:

This program is meant for the students who want to advance their culinary skills and the techniques. This lets the students already having an experience in cookery to be a graduate and let them function in the industry with more advanced roles. Along with this, the students are provided with opportunity of on hand work-experience through internship of five weeks. This is going to be a paid internship with an opportunity to work at highly ranked restaurants.

    Academics

    The students with culinary experience after their 10+2 are eligible to pursue New Zealand Diploma in Cookery (Advanced) with Internship (Cookery Strand) from NSIA.

    English Proficiency Score

    1. IELTS Academic Score: Overall Band Score of 5.5 not less than 5.0.
