If this is your story too, then this article is for you. In this article, we are going to give a piece for advice for students who have applied for Canada study visa.

Pay fees as soon as possible: After when you have got letter of acceptance, immediately pay the admission fees. Letter of acceptance gives you peace of mind that you are eligible for the course, but it does not confirm or reserve your seat in that course.  Since seats get filled very fast and once seats get filled, you cannot get admission in the program offered.  To reserve your seat in the program, deposit the tuition fees immediately.

Education Loans: Students who are taking education loan from banks, must carry loan sanction letter with them. Loan sanction letter must be on the bank’s letter head and it should be stamped.  The name and designation of the signing authority along with the recent contact numbers of the bank must also be there on the loan sanction letter.

Discuss with your visa filling team: – Discuss your details with the visa filling team. Do not pay the tuition fees via bank draft unless you are advised to do so.  Always pay tuition fees by Wire Transfer (TT) to the college directly from your bank.  Do not forget to mention your details such as student’s name, student ID/DOB and passport number in the TT.

Must meet Photo Specifications:You must meet several requirements while submitting the photographs. The photograph should be colored and full face should be visible. Photograph should be taken against a light background so that features are contrasted and distinguishable against the background.

Medical Examination: – Visa applicants must also get the medical examination done from a Designated Medical Practitioner. The SPP applicants are required to submit their medical examination documents atleast one week before submitting the SPP student visa application in the CHC (Canadian High Commission).  When you are going for medical examination, you must carry your 5 passport size photographs, original passport, letter of acceptance from college, etc.
