They should also abide by the latest Victorian government minimum eligibility requirements for a nominated business visa and to be able to address all the assessment criteria in your application fees if you are applying for visa nomination for a skilled visa.
This visa allows you to work and live in Australia being a permanent resident. If you are invited, then you are qualified to apply for this visa. You should also meet the following requirements if you are sent a letter of invitation, such as:-
- You have not turned 50 years of age yet
- You have listed an occupation that is related according to the relevant occupation list
- You have achieved the score that is specified in your letter of invitation
- You have been nominated by an Australian state or territory government agency
- You have got flair in English
You are supposed to submit an expression of interest when you will be invited through SkillSelect. If you receive an invitation, you will have nearly 60 days to apply for the visa. Once submitted, you cannot change the information of your expression of interest. A state or territory government will examine once you have submitted your expression of interest.
