Field Practice – In which a student need to cover 20 weeks for Full-Time Practice on Field as per the placements organised for the students during the course.
- Four-Week Block Stage 1

- 12 Weeks in a Home Centre
- 8 Weeks in another Centre

Academic
The students who’ve completed their +2 and desire to become a teacher in future may apply for Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood Education) at NZTC.
English Proficiency Score:
- IELTS Academic – 6.0 Overall Band Score not less than 5.5
